Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?

No. You only need to be willing to receive. Many clients arrive skeptical and still experience profound shifts. The healing works through your body's own intelligence — belief is not a requirement.

How does an online session work?

Sessions via Zoom are equally powerful as in-person. You lie down comfortably at home, we connect via video, and I channel the healing remotely. Energy is not bound by physical distance.

What should I do to prepare for a session?

Drink water, wear comfortable clothing, and find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. Set an intention if you feel called to. Nothing more is needed.

How will I feel afterwards?

Most clients feel lighter, quieter, and deeply rested. Some feel emotional as energy moves. You may sleep deeply that night. Drink plenty of water and be gentle with yourself for 24-48 hours after.

How many sessions will I need?

A single session can create significant shifts. For deeper or chronic patterns, a series of sessions is recommended. We will discuss this together during or after your first session.

Is this suitable for children?

Yes. Children often respond beautifully to energy healing. Sessions for children under 16 require parental consent and a parent or guardian present. Please message me to discuss.
